Serve as the front desk contact, handling customer walk-ins and calls professionally.
Assist in driving sales conversions by handling inquiries and promoting services.
Maintain and manage customer records, payment tracking, and data confidentiality.
Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean, safe, and welcoming.
Support administrative tasks, ISO documentation, and company events as needed.
Assist in business development and other initiatives when required.
Requirements:
Working days: 5 days a week (Wednesday to Sunday) (9.30am - 6.30pm)

English
Able to work well in teams
Willing to learn and accept new challenges
