Provide efficient, friendly, and professional reception services at the Club House.
Manage and maintain Club House facilities and activities.
Handle day-to-day administrative and operational matters at Club House.
Assist the Facility team to ensure overall Club House facilities are in good condition.
Oversee and ensure all club members comply with club rules.
Attend to club members' requests or complains and maintain good rapport with them.
Oversee and monitor daily routine maintenance to ensure the cleanliness of Club House.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recreational club, fitness centre, hotel or customer-service-based industry.
Willing to work shifts (including weekends & public holidays) and 6 days per week.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
A background in sport science is an added advantage.
Possess own transport.
Able to start at short notice will be given priority consideration.
