Handle guest check-in and check-out
Manage reservations and room assignments
Attend to guest inquiries and phone calls
Process payments and issue receipts
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
Maintain front office records and reports
Provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
Preferably
Malay male or female
Minimum SPM or equivalent
Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu & English
Pleasant personality and well-groomed
Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
Experience in front office/hospitality is an advantage
