Job Description

We're looking for a friendly, professional, and proactive team member to be the first point of contact for our members and guests. You'll manage the front desk, handle enquiries, support member onboarding, and ensure smooth office operations.

Location: Bukit Jalil | Mon-Fri, 10 AM - 7 PM

Key Responsibilities



Be the first point of contact for members and guests. Manage front desk operations, including calls and enquiries. Support member onboarding and day-to-day office operations. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What We're Looking For



Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with at least 2 years of related working experience will have an advantage. Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma in Customer Service, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.

Language Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. "We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients." Well-groomed with a professional appearance. Willingness to work at our Bukit Jalil office.

Able to start work immediately.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
