Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with inquiries about our
cleaning services
(shoes, clothing, bags, etc.).
Process orders, issue receipts, and handle payments.
Maintain a well-organized front desk and ensure smooth daily operations.
Communicate with customers regarding service updates, pickup, and delivery times.
Address customer concerns and provide excellent service to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented.
Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
Able to communicate in
English, Malay, and Mandarin
(preferred).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
