Front Desk Executive

to keep our branches running smoothly while ensuring every parent and student feels cared for and valued.

What You'll Do:

As a

Front Desk Executive

, you will be the heartbeat of our branch operations. You'll handle inquiries, enrollments, payments, and parent communication while ensuring excellent customer service and supporting sales growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Parent Engagement

Greet parents and students warmly, manage inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure parents leave with confidence in our programs.

Sales & Enrollment

Convert trial classes into enrollments, follow up with leads, and hit monthly sales targets that support branch growth.

Administration & Records

Keep student registrations, attendance, and records accurate and up-to-date.

Fee Collection & Finance

Handle payments (cash, card, e-wallet, bank transfers), ensure accuracy, and reconcile daily reports.

Operational Support

Coordinate with instructors, keep the front desk and waiting area professional, and support branch events.

Reporting & Compliance

Submit daily/weekly sales and collection reports, ensuring compliance with Supersharkz standards.

What Success Looks Like:

Parents consistently receive

friendly, professional, and efficient service

. Sales targets for

new, rejoining, and retention students are achieved or exceeded

. All payments, reports, and records are

accurate and on time

. The branch runs smoothly with

minimal complaints and high parent satisfaction

Requirements:

Prior customer service or sales experience preferred Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus) Willing to work

weekends and branch hours

(Tue-Fri 12:30-7 PM, Sat-Sun 8:30 AM-5:30 PM) Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality
What We Offer:

Salary:

RM2,500 - RM3,000 (depending on experience & performance)
