Requirements
Friendly, responsible, and patient-focused attitude
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (spoken & written preferred)
Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, scheduling system, Microsoft Office)
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Willing to learn and take initiative
Able to commit on weekends and selected public holidays with extra pay
Positive team player with good communication skills
Responsibilities
Greet patients and manage daily appointment flow
Handle WhatsApp messages, phone calls, and patient enquiries promptly
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments accurately
Manage payments, receipts, and basic billing
Support daily clinic operations and assist therapists when needed
Maintain clinic cleanliness, front desk area, and basic hygiene standards
Handle basic administrative tasks and record keeping
