Requirements

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Minimum qualification: SPM/Diploma and above.
  • Fluent English communication (spoken & written), Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a bonus.
  • Maintain a friendly and pleasant disposition.
  • Enjoys working with people.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills.
Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming enquiries via phone calls and text messages promptly.
  • Welcome and assist visitors and patients.
  • Handle new patient registrations.
  • Organise schedules and appointments.
  • Organise and maintain good filing system for smooth and quick data recovery.
  • Manage and maintain centre's facilities and office supplies.
  • Assist in preparation of reports.
  • Handle invoicing and collection of payments.
  • Maintain and ensure strict confidentiality in all areas of work.
