Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly attitude
Manage table reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
Answer phone calls and handle customer inquiries or booking requests
Assist in seating arrangements and ensure smooth guest flow
Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to maintain excellent customer experience
Handle guest complaints or feedback professionally
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area
Perform cashiering or billing tasks if required
Job Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and customer service oriented
Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Experience in F&B or hospitality industry is an advantage (training provided for beginners)

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
