Greet clients professionally, manage incoming phone calls and emails, and provide general information to patients and visitors.
Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate and manage patient appointments efficiently to optimize clinic workflow.
Patient Intake:
Assist new patients with registration, ensuring accurate completion of forms and collection of relevant documents.
Billing and Payments:
Handle patient billing, process payments, manage insurance claims, and follow up on outstanding accounts.
Administrative Support:
Provide support to physiotherapists and other staff, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Record Keeping:
Maintain patient records in compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between patients and physiotherapists, effectively conveying messages and relevant information as needed.
Sales and Marketing Support:
Assist with marketing initiatives, including sending photos/videos of treatment sessions, colleccting feedback, managing patient package sign-ups, and supporting promotional campaigns to enhance clinic visibility and patient engagement.
Requirements:
Qualification: Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
Good to Have:
Experience in a physiotherapy or medical office setting.
Knowledge in SQL system
Familiarity with insurance billing and coding.
Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and experience with scheduling software.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of medical terminology and billing processes.
