Job Description


As a Front Desk Officer cum Office Admin, you will be the first point of contact for our organisation. Duties include offering administrative support across the organisation. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. \xe2\x80\xa2 Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office. \xe2\x80\xa2 Direct visitors to the appropriate person and venue of meetings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable at all time with necessary stationery and office materials. (e.g. pens, papers, forms etc) \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email. \xe2\x80\xa2 Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing office supplies and monitor inventory of stocks to ensure no shortage at all times. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing the pantry supplies and ensure office environment are well maintained. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and documentation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform all other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line manager. Job Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 SPM or Diploma in any relevant field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g.printers). \xe2\x80\xa2 Professional attitude and appearance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Solid written and verbal communication skills (Mandarin and English). \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent organizational skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer service attitude.
