We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for guests. The role is responsible for handling guest check-in and check-out, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive guest experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
? Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
? Handle room reservations, cancellations, and changes in a timely manner.
? Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally.
? Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
? Process payments, billing, and maintain accurate guest records.
? Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
? Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly or escalate when necessary.
? Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
Requirements:
? Minimum SPM/Diploma.
? Prior experience in front desk or customer service is an advantage.
? Excellent communication skills in
English and Bahasa Malaysia
(additional languages are a plus).
? Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of hotel reservation software is an advantage.
? Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
.

Pay: RM2,400.00 per month
