Minimum SPM/Diploma in related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in basic computer skills (MS Office, booking systems).
Pleasant personality, customer-oriented, well-groomed.
Able to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Job Purpose:
The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for guests/customers. Responsible for welcoming visitors, handling inquiries, managing bookings/appointments, and ensuring smooth front-office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly.
Manage reservations, bookings, and appointment schedules.
Handle guest/customer check-in and check-out procedures.
Provide information about services, promotions, or facilities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
Process payments and issue receipts/invoices if required.
Coordinate with other departments/therapists to ensure smooth service flow.
Handle customer complaints or escalate them to management.
