We are looking for a
friendly and well-presented Front Desk / Receptionist
to be the first point of contact at our clinic. The ideal candidate is organized, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients warmly upon arrival
Manage appointments and schedule bookings
Handle client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media
Process payments and issue receipts
Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area
Support daily clinic operations as needed
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
No experience required - training will be provided
Experience in customer service or front desk is an advantage
Pleasant personality with good communication skills
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Able to work on weekends and public holidays (off days will be given accordingly)
