  • SPM qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous hospitality experience would be advantageous.
  • Well-presented and good attitude.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to work on shift ( Morning / noon/ night)
Tanggungjawab
  • Checking guests in and out.
  • Receiving and managing reservations
  • Verifying guests\' payment methods during check-in.
  • Providing customer service to guests with information about the hotel.
