Handle incoming phone calls politely and assist with appointment scheduling
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
Assist TCM physicians during treatments and in dispensing herbal medicine
Support daily administrative tasks such as system data entry, filing, and record maintenance
Ensure the reception area, lobby, and treatment rooms are clean and well-presented
Conduct regular stock checks and place orders to maintain appropriate inventory levels
Recommend suitable treatment packages based on patient needs
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent educational qualification
Polite, friendly, and service-oriented attitude
Proficient in basic computer operations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and accurate in task execution
Positive attitude with a strong willingness to help others
Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
