Front Desk/ Receptionist (kuala Lumpur)

Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly, welcoming manner and ensure that they feel comfortable and at ease.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails and inquiries from patients, and managing the appointment system in a timely and professional manner.
  • Verifying methods of payment, collecting payments, and preparing bills.
  • Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with other staff members to ensure that the schedule is optimized for efficiency and patient care.
  • Handling patient records, including data entry and maintaining patient confidentiality.
  • Assist marketing department in posting photo and video as well to reply inquiries from prospective customer.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including managing patient paperwork and keeping the area tidy and presentable.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies and order new supplies as needed.
  • Assist other staff members as needed with tasks related to patient care, such as taking X-rays or ppt slide.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors.
  • Other tasks as assigned by the manager or dentist (doctor).
Requirement:
  • Must possess at least an SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or any field related.
  • Fresh graduates/entry-level applicants.
  • Good time management and organizing skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Willing to learn.
  • Proficient in using computer software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Polite, pleasant personality and possess good telephone etiquette.
  • Excellent phone and in-person communication skills.
  • Computer literacy in basic applications like email and Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month Benefits:
