Job Description

Job Responsibility To attend all guests and visitors at the reception counter, and to positively represent the Company in all interactions, promoting positive impression to customers and visitors. To attend to all incoming and outgoing calls appropriately and courteously - handle basic enquiries, transfer phone calls and take message for related staff. To maintain a neat and professional Front Office environment to reinforce professional image of the Company to both external customers and internal employees. To perform general duties such as booking of rooms, stock checks - stationeries, pantry items, etc. To manage meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean, tidy and properly equipped at all time. To manage correspondences - handle all Company s outgoing mails & courier services, and to monitor, sort and distribute all incoming faxes or mails. To responsible for the repair/maintenance of office equipment. To assist in daily vehicle request. To prepare periodic and ad hoc payment request for general office expenses (such as bills for utilities, courier services, petrol cards, etc). Job Requirements Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred). At least 1-2 year\'s experience in administrative services or related fields. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
