Job Description


  • Receive Customer at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and
announcing them appropriately
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Reply/answer/entertain customer from WhatsApp / messenger from FB Page
  • Customer registration and appointment scheduling
  • Dispensing products and consumables and payment collection
  • Provide administrative support and assist in monthly stock take
  • Record product billings/invoices, responsible for daily cash handling
  • Basic Computer skills such as Excel
  • Maintaining a neat and professional front office environment to reinforce a good
corporate image

SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
