Job Description


  • Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or retail environment is an advantage.
  • Experience in food and beverage service or barista skills is a plus, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact positively with customers and team members.
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and giving correct change.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods during shifts.
  • Capability to lift and carry items (e.g., trays of food, stock, supplies).
Availability:
  • Willing to work weekends & selected Public Holidays.
  • Possess own transport & willing to travel within Klang Valley.
  • Able to work in a NON HALAL restaurant, serving pork.
Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
  • Adherence to company policies, including dress code and hygiene standards.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices (training provided if necessary).
ResponsibilitiesService Crew
  • Greet customers warmly and ensure they feel welcome and valued.
  • Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring tables are cleaned and reset promptly.
  • Assist in setting up and closing down the restaurant, including preparing condiments, restocking supplies, and cleaning.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a polite and timely manner.
  • Uphold company standards for food safety, hygiene, and service quality.
Barista
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, following company recipes.
  • Operate coffee-making equipment, including espresso machines and grinders, ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Share with customers about our house blends, brewing methods, and flavor profiles if needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, including stocking supplies and ingredients.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management for restocking needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and offering product recommendations.
Cashier
  • Greet customers as they enter and provide a friendly checkout experience.
  • Accurately process transactions, including cash, credit/debit card payments, and mobile payments.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
  • Maintain an organized and clean cashier station, including the cash register and surrounding areas.
  • Assist in balancing the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.
  • Provide customers with information about our restaurant and menu items.
  • Support other front-of-house duties as needed, such as helping with service or barista tasks during busy periods.
