Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Agent at Hotel Royal Signature in Kuala Lumpur. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and providing them with exceptional service. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out of the hotel, answering questions and providing information about the hotel and its amenities, and ensuring that all guest needs are met. You will also be responsible for resolving any guest complaints or issues that may arise during their stay. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience in the hospitality industry Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and holidays A degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is a plus
