As the first point of contact for our guests, Front Office Assistant play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming experience. We are looking for friendly, professional, and service-oriented individuals who can assist guests from pre-arrival to check-out, ensuring every stay is smooth and memorable.

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
Assist with check-in/check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Provide clear information about property facilities, local attractions, and services.
Coordinate access arrangements, including smart lock instructions, and access card preparation.
Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
Maintain accurate guest records, booking details, and daily shift reports.
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are a plus).
Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine passion for guest service.
Familiarity with booking systems or OTA platforms is an advantage (training provided).
Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
