1. To greet and answering the phone, redirecting calls, directing customers and taking message.
2. To assist in daily operations work
3. Handles Front Desk operations such as handling arrivals, check-ins (registration), and departures for check-outs (cashiering) of all Hotel guest.
4. Responding promptly to all guests requests, enquiries and complaints.
5. Ensure all complaints and requests are immediately resolved and follow through with relevant supporting departments.
6. Ability to work on shift.
7. To conduct any other duties as may be assigned by Superior to ensure the achievement of desired departmental working efficiency. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month Benefits:
