The resort consists of 499 guest rooms, a 64-acre nature reserve, the Rasa Ria Reserve, home to wildlife including long-tailed macaques and slow lorises, and home to an 18-hole championship golf course with picture-perfect views of Mt Kinabalu (a UNESCO World Heritage site).

We\'re looking for a customer-focused Front Office Assistant required for our Rooms Division.

Job summary

The Front Office Assistant, under the guidance and supervision of the Front Office Manager, is responsible to meet guest needs upon arrival and departure and to provide a comfortable stay for guests by accommodating requests for information and offering Guest assistance as required.

Requirement

• Presentable and pleasant appearance.
• Has good grasp of oral and written English and Malay; additional language i.e., Mandarin / Korean / Japanese a definite advantage.
• Prior experience / internship in Front Desk is desirable.
• Ability to interact, display initiative, team player and able to work independently.
• Willing to work flexible hours.
