Responsibilities:
Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently and courteously
Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain accurate guest records and room status in the system
Uphold hotel standards and provide exceptional guest experience
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (other languages are an advantage)
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Experience in hospitality or customer service is an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
