Assist in front office operations
To greet all guests in warm and friendly manner
Register guests in prompt and professional manner
Prompt attention to queries or complaints and resolve guests' issue
Be familiar with the hotel's product, service and policies
Provide support in data entry, billing, payments
To perform general administrative functions
Any other duties assigned by superior
Requirements
Some experienced in Front Office or similar job are welcome to apply
Fresh school leavers who are fast learner with passion in hotel service industry are also welcome to apply
Good command of spoken English is essential
Able to work independently and as a team
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Hardworking, committed and responsible
Pleasant personality with a friendly approach
Neat and well-groomed appearance

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
