1) To handle the telephone console; answer incoming calls by speaking clearly, distinctly, and with a friendly, courteous tone. Use listening skills to put callers at ease and obtains accurate, complete information. 2) To compile the stationery purchase list and distribute to the various departments when stocks arrive. 3) To keep track of supplies of stationery, and inform the Head of Department to replenish stock whenever supplies run low. 4) To keep the reception office clean and tidy.
