1. To assist in the Front Office reception and general administration work.
2. To work closely with other staff & courtesy towards guest. Always project a positive warm image and welcome smile.
3. You are require to handle reservations, greeting to guests upon their arrival, to help to register them, dispense keycards and provide information to their respective rooms.
4. To take care of incoming emails messages and OTA (Online Travel Agent) reservations. Reply to them ASAP if necessary, listen to their requests & comments and handle the situation with good hospitality.
5. To have awareness in room occupancy and related rooms rates changes. It is important that you are accountable in the rooms reservation arrangement.
6. To handle inquiry, room occupancy and reservation arrangement.
7. Able to work independently.
