Job Description


Job Summary: Front Office Receptionist is responsible for providing a warm and friendly welcome to guests, handling all aspects of the registration and check-in process, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greeting guests as they arrive and providing information about the hotel and surrounding area. 2. Registering guests, collecting and verifying payment information, and assigning rooms. 3. Answering phone calls, responding to email inquiries, and handling customer service issues. 4. Maintaining accurate records of guest information and room assignments. 5. Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure timely delivery of services to guests. 6. Managing cash and credit transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies. 7. Providing concierge services, including booking transportation, making restaurant reservations, and providing recommendations for local attractions. 8. Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, including restocking brochures and other materials for guests. 9. Resolving guest complaints and addressing any issues that may arise during a guest\'s stay. 10. Providing support to other departments as needed. Qualifications: 1. High school, diploma or equivalent. 2. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality setting. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds. 4. Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in basic computer skills and knowledge of reservation and front desk software. 6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 7. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits:
