Front Office Operation
\xc2\xb7 Assist guests with check in and checkout, as well as other cashiering duties
\xc2\xb7 Review arrival lists and prepare compendiums prior to guests\xe2\x80\x99 arrival and check-into system if necessary
\xc2\xb7 Welcome guests on arrival, register and issue room keys according to departmental standards and procedures
\xc2\xb7 Ensure that members consistently receive all benefits, and repeat guests and other VIP\xe2\x80\x99s receive special recognition and service. Prepare and send welcome cards and amenities to room prior to guest arrival
\xc2\xb7 Liaise closely with other relevant departments to ensure that guests requests and needs are met
\xc2\xb7 Update and maintain repeat guest history system
\xc2\xb7 Promote Inter-Hotel sales and in-house facilities according to departmental standards to maximize revenue
\xc2\xb7 Handle guests\xe2\x80\x99 complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently
\xc2\xb7 Handling guests\xe2\x80\x99 mails, messages, and answering of phone calls
\xc2\xb7 Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all guests by ensuring that no details of the guests are disclosed
\xc2\xb7 Be vigilant in regard to in-house credit matters and act upon any discrepancies
\xc2\xb7 Alert Security or FO Supervisor of suspicious looking person(s) / articles
Work Experience
\xc2\xb7 Minimum Primary school education
\xc2\xb7 Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
\xc2\xb7 Oral proficiency in English language
