Front Office Supervisor / Assistant Front Office Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with registration.
Handle room assignments, key issuance, and explain hotel facilities.
Process guest check-out, prepare bills, and handle payments accurately.
Provide courteous and professional service to all guests.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently.
Assist guests with transportation, directions, and local information.
Handle room reservations via phone, email, or walk-in efficiently.
Maintain accurate guest records and update the PMS (Property Management System).
Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment accurately.
Maintain professional appearance and grooming as per hotel standards.
Keep the reception area clean and presentable at all times.
Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Pleasant personality and excellent communication skills.
Proficient in English (and other languages is an advantage).
Strong customer service orientation.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
