• Organize, plan, train, control, coordinate, direct and evaluate Front Office Performance quality service and operation.
• Responsible for manpower, budget, equipment and machinery.
• Responsible for the effective implementation of the Quality Management System based on ISO 9001:2008
• Enforce departmental policies, standards, procedures and controls.
• Assist in departmental annual budget through sales and occupancy forecasts, payroll operating and capital expenses.
• Supervise staff roster and schedules.
• Take on work- related assignments as and when delegated by the management.

Job requirement:

• At least 3-5 years experience as Assistant Front Office Manager
• Creative and energetic character
• Strong leadership and willingness to share
• Experience in handling event and planning set-up of new area will be an advantage
• Enthusiastic, team player and trainer
• Overseas experience will be an advantage
