Key Responsibilities



Lead and supervise the Front Office team to deliver professional and warm guest service Oversee check-in/check-out operations, reservations, and guest inquiries Handle guest feedback and ensure prompt, effective resolution Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for smooth daily operations Manage front office budgets, reports, and scheduling Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve service excellence Maintain high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction

Requirements



Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Front Office operations (resort or hotel environment preferred)*
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages an advantage)*
Customer-oriented with a genuine passion for guest service Tech-savvy with knowledge of hotel PMS systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
