Job Description



This position is responsible for the planning, supervision and management of all sections of Front Office Department to ensure that the overall service standards delivery are maintained in accordance to the Hotel's strategic plan and standard.

Work Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar capacity with a five star hotel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Multi lingual skill is an advantage.
  • Ability to work well in high pressure situation.
