Front Office Manager
Job Description
1. To lead and head the Front Office division. 2. To strive to achieve budgets targets and exceed them. 3. To investigate guest\xe2\x80\x99s complaints and handle them promptly and efficiently. 4. Ensure up-keeping cleanliness of the Reception Area, Lobby and the Entrance area including the back-office and always attractive and presentable. 5. To ensure smooth check-in/out of guest. To enforce the Hotel\xe2\x80\x99s credit facility. 6. To be in constant communication with sales to warranty yield and revenue. To strive to create regular patrons and repeat business. 7. Giving personalized service and attention to guest during their stay and ensuring guest special requests are accomplished. In other words, to maximize the number of guest receiving personalize attention whereby optimum satisfaction is achieved, to increase the numbers of returning guests.
