Receptionists are responsible for the reception area of a business. They answer the phone, greet guests, pass information, respond to inquiries and instruct visitors. They are the first point of contact for clients and customers.
Our company, Sepang Kaya Sdn Bhd, is a limited company set up to cater for the hospitality industry. Abell Hotel, an official 3 stars rating from the Ministry of Tourism, was established in April 2011. An 80 room hotel, a restaurant, Carvery Restaurant with capacity of 120 pax and 2 function rooms that can house at least 96 pax for meeting groups. We have been offering the above mentioned services and facilities to our guests for the past 9 years since our opening on 7th April 2011.
SPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
