Supervise front office operations during the shift, including check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and room allocation.
Monitor staff scheduling and workflow to maintain efficient and timely guest service.
Support the Front Office Manager in planning, directing, and coordinating daily front office activities for smooth operations and proper administration.
Ensure all team members follow the established Standard Operating Procedures of the front office.
Requirements:
Relevant certification in a related field.
Relevant experience in similar role.
Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
