Requirements

  • Preferably minimum 1 years working experience as a Kitchen and/or Service Crew (welcome fresh graduates with a Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management to apply).
  • Proven experience working in the hospitality industry will be advantageous.
  • Flexible and willing to work different schedule.
  • CAN START IMMEDIATELY
Responsibility
  • Welcome and assist customers with sittings and online ordering system
  • Receive payment by cash, credit/debit cards, vouchers, e-wallet, etc
  • Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of the menu items, daily promotion as well as restaurant information
  • Monitoring food quality and ensure appealing plate presentation before serving \xc2\xb7
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of dining areas
  • Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service
