Job Description


Role Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 Responsible to manage particularly in relation to RTOB client-initiated account opening journeys covering credit cards, CASA and other products which may be added from time to time to the RTOB suite.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure all RTOB PEGA frontline work basket cases are attended to within reasonable TAT and follow ups with client documentation/ pending information are handled on a timely manner.

\xc2\xb7 Ensure prompt and timely call backs are made to clients as committed within reasonable TAT

\xc2\xb7 To perform appeal & AIP input on appealable cases, and submit to eOPS if AIP Approve/ Refer

\xc2\xb7 To hit monthly completion rate 70%

\xc2\xb7 Participate and provide feedback to the RTOB journey development to PSMY management and Bank

\xc2\xb7 Support activities relating to RTOB journeys which may be assigned to PSMY from time to time

\xc2\xb7 Provide client feedback to Bank Product Teams on current offers/ promotions applicable to clients applying thru RTOB channels.

\xc2\xb7 Apply skills learned via training programs to drive needs-based conversations

\xc2\xb7 Develop a deep understanding of various products offered and process as relevant

Business*

\xc2\xb7 Achieve all parameters sets as a part of job objective like Conversion rate etc

\xc2\xb7 Adhere to daily working schedule

Processes*

\xc2\xb7 Actively share feedback on the product process /functionalities of system to help improve program performance

\xc2\xb7 Ensure all relevant dispositions and notes are updated in system

\xc2\xb7 Closure and wrap up done as per set standards

\xc2\xb7 Partner effectively with internal stakeholders to deliver effective client solutions

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and mitigating risks to the firm. Also, an awareness and understanding of the main risks facing the firm and the role the individual plays in managing them

\xc2\xb7 The ability to interpret the firm\xe2\x80\x99s financial information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures

\xc2\xb7 Ensure a full understanding of the risk and control environment in area of responsibility

Governance*

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for assessing the effectiveness of the firm\xe2\x80\x99s arrangements to deliver effective governance, oversight and controls in the business and, if necessary, oversee changes in these areas

\xc2\xb7 Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the firm operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for delivering \xe2\x80\x98effective governance\xe2\x80\x99; capability to challenge fellow executives effectively; and willingness to work with any local regulators in an open and cooperative manner.

Regulatory & Business Conduct*

Key stakeholders*

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with team leader to develop and implement plan to achieve targets and drive client engagement

\xc2\xb7 Support team leader to drive learning and high performance within the team

\xc2\xb7 Work with operations team to ensure that client requests are fulfilled

Other Responsibilities*

Qualifications*

Training, licenses, memberships and certifications

\xc2\xb7 Relevant educational qualification to perform the Job role

\xc2\xb7 At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in banking service is preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Familiar with Bank\'s products, services and services, particularly in relation to account opening, credit products application processing, account and client serviving

\xc2\xb7 Languages; Good command over English or applicable local languages

\xc2\xb7 Proficient in computer applications particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint
