Be familiar with the AutoCount system
At least have a professional certificate, accounting-related Diploma/Degree or equivalent
Must be able to independently complete a full set of account reports and ensure that accounts are prepared in compliance with accounting standards
Must be able to independently handle administrative matters and carry out GST submissions
Must be able to handle foreign labor permits, company permits, contract renewals, etc.
Proficient in English, Mandarin correspondence, e-mail
This position requires at least 3 years of working experience in related fields.
The working location is Queens, it is better to live nearby/bring your own transportation

Tanggungjawab

Responsible for handling the full set of accounting. Ensures that accounts are prepared in accordance with approved accounting standards or practices.
Responsible for the daily operation of the accounting department.
Prepare payments, issue invoices and maintain bank reconciliations. Ensure timely resolution and reporting of discrepancies.
Document outstanding debts and take action to recover outstanding payments
Manage accounting databases and filing systems
Manage and process company licenses, contract renewals, etc.
