Full Stack Java Developer Lead

What you'll be doing:

Lead a team of talented engineers in designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications. Make key architectural decisions and ensure seamless integration across systems. Collaborate closely with international counterparts to deliver enterprise-grade solutions. Stay hands-on with coding, guiding, and mentoring your team toward technical excellence.
What we are looking for:

Ability to make architectural decisions and provide technical direction to ensure scalability, security, and performance Strong hands-on experience in Java and Kotlin for backend development. Proven expertise in Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and API integrations. Solid understanding of Kubernetes. Practical experience working with AWS cloud services. Familiarity with event-driven systems using tools like Kafka Experience in leading or mentoring a development team, with strong ownership and accountability. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions.

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
