Objective of this role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Software Developer to join our dynamic team. With a minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience in both front and backend development, you will play a pivotal role in redefining and enhancing our current software infrastructure. Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, Nest.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and TypeScript is essential for this role, and familiarity with AWS will be considered a valuable asset.

Your new roles & responsibilities:

• Strategize and provide clear technical direction for the group, based on business requirement.
• Develop, test, and deploy efficient and scalable full stack applications, ensuring optimal user experiences.
• Participate actively in software architecture discussions, offering technical expertise and insights to drive innovative solutions.
• Restructure and optimize existing software systems to improve functionality, performance, and maintainability.
• Utilize best practices to ensure code quality, security, and maintainability.

Criteria to meet:

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a \xe2\x80\x93 related field.
• Proven experience of 3-4 years in full stack software development, encompassing both frontend and backend.
• Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, Nest.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, alternating between remote work and onsite presence to facilitate productive collaboration with the product team.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling seamless interaction within cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a proactive attitude towards learning and self-improvement.
