Job Objective

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to guests and uphold the highest standards of hospitality and food preparation. This role requires dedication to guest satisfaction, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet and acknowledge guests upon arrival. Practice suggestive selling and accurately take guest orders. Set up and manage assigned workstation(s) efficiently each day. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant at all times. Offer professional, courteous, and uncompromising service to all guests. Attend to guests' needs attentively and ensure orders are fulfilled correctly. Clear used plates and cutlery from dining tables promptly after guest departure. Adhere to Quality, Service, Ambience & Value (QSAV) guidelines in service and food preparation. Respond to guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly. Possess comprehensive knowledge of the restaurant's food, beverages, and services. Prepare food orders in accordance with company recipes, portion control, and presentation standards. Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly used and well-maintained. Maintain stock levels and ensure ingredients are replenished throughout the shift. Comply with all sanitation and food safety requirements, including proper product rotation, storage, temperature control, and handling techniques.

Requirements

Minimum PMR/SPM qualification or equivalent. Fresh school leavers with a passion for the Food & Beverage industry are encouraged to apply. Ability to communicate in English and interact effectively with a diverse customer base. Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others. Physically fit to perform duties requiring long hours of standing. Pleasant, polite, and well-groomed with a neat appearance. Self-disciplined, motivated, and enjoys customer service interactions. High standards of personal hygiene and professional attire. Energetic, cheerful, friendly, and hardworking. Eagerness to learn and openness to feedback for continuous improvement. Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
