Assist in preparing offer letters, contracts, and HR documents.
Maintain employee records and update staff information.
Handle attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
Support recruitment activities (posting jobs, arranging interviews, contacting candidates).
Help with onboarding new employees and preparing necessary documents.
Assist in payroll preparation by collecting and checking attendance/claims.
Support HR in organizing training, meetings, or staff activities.
Perform general administrative duties assigned by the HR team.

Minimum education level: SPM / Diploma (completed or currently pursuing).
