- Working Hours: 9am - 6pm | Monday - Friday
As a Product Coordinator, you are responsible for product management. Specific duties include overseeing product life cycle management, tracking product distribution, helping with product launches, doing appropriate paperwork, and reporting to relevant teams.
- Responsible for stock movement, replenishment and managing stock holding / stock level in every sales counter to achieve optimal stock balances.
- Monitor stock situation and immediate rectification of over or under stock situation.
- Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new products for sale.
- Create and maintain accurate and updated records of periodic orders.
- Arrange delivery, inter-store transfer and goods return according to delivery schedule.
- Liaise with logistics division for fulfilment of orders and products.
- Rotates product when stocking shelves in accordance with Company delivery procedures, adhering to check in and check out, proper invoice accounting, crediting, collection and general documentation procedures.
- Provide coordination support for tasks within and between department.
- Support the product team in general admin tasks
- Executing special assignment from time to time by the Management request.
