The Service Crew is responsible for taking customers' orders, answering questions, and making recommendations on menu items, preparation and serving food/beverages to customers, and performing cashiering duties.
Job Responsibilities: - Operations
Welcome customer in a warm and friendly manner.
Upsell promotional items and do target sales.
Perform day to day pre-opening and closing activities as per SOPs.
Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
Maintain day to day outlet cleanliness.
Restock product items as needed.
Operate the POS system for order processing and payment handling (cash, card, digital payments).
Requirements
Excellent Customer Service
Pleasant, friendly, cheerful and able to work under pressure and in a high-volume environment
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Comfortable working in kiosk environments.
No experience/ At least 1 year of experience working in customer service or relevant experience in F&B
Added advantage for those who have promoter experience
