Your main responsibility is to contact potential buyers, introduce our investment property projects, qualify leads, and arrange appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Make
30-50 outbound calls daily
to potential customers.
Introduce company's new property projects and key selling points.
Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and investment goals.
Arrange appointments for the sales team to meet customers or visit showrooms.
Follow up with warm leads through WhatsApp & phone calls.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up status.
Achieve weekly KPI for calls, leads and appointments.

Good communication skills in
English, Malay or Mandarin
(any two is a bonus).
Confident on the phone and comfortable talking to customers.
Self-motivated, positive attitude, and target-driven.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic WhatsApp, phone, and computer handling.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary:
RM1,500 - RM1,800 (based on experience)
Commission:
RM500 - RM1000 per successful case (no limit)
