Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the restaurant
Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items when asked
Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar
Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the meal and respond to any requests or concerns
Prepare tables by setting up utensils, napkins, and condiments
Process bills and handle payments (cash, credit/debit cards)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
Follow all restaurant policies and health and safety regulations
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage, but not required (training provided)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and a strong team spirit
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Basic math skills for billing and order handling
