Key Responsibilities




Guest Interaction & Service Excellence




Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and present menus. Offer knowledgeable guidance on menu items, including seafood selections, wine pairings, and specialty cocktails. Take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages promptly, adhering to MOC's high service standards. Attend to guest's needs throughout the dining experience, ensuring satisfaction and anticipating additional requests.

Fine Dining Service




Execute the proper steps of service according to fine dining protocols, including setting tables, serving dishes, and clearing tables with finesse. Coordinate with other team members, including runners and kitchen staff, to ensure seamless service. Prepare and serve beverages, including wine pouring and cocktail recommendation when appropriate.

Product Knowledge & Menu Familiarity




Stay up-to-date on menu offerings, seasonal changes, and specials to provide accurate and engaging recommendation. Understand and communicate the story behind MOC's signature dishes and brand philosophy. Maintain familiarity with dietary restrictions, allergen details, and ingredient specific to guide guests

Operational Support




Assist in setting up the dining area, ensuring all tables, chairs, and service stations are immaculate before opening. Participate in opening and closing procedures, including restocking, cleaning, and organizing equipment. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, including personal hygiene and uniform guideline

Job Requirements




Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant or upscale hospitality environment. Strong interpersonal skills, with a guest-focused and service-driven attitude. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a proactive and positive approach. Familiarity with fine dining etiquette, food handling, and wine/beverage service. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to maintain calm under pressure. Flexible availability to work night, weekends, and holidays as per restaurant needs. Desire and willingness to learn. Open to Malaysians and foreign workers with valid work permit.
