Job Description

Admin Officer Job Responsibility:

01. Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

02. Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution.

03. Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.

04. Monitor and procure office supplies, ensuring availability at all times.

05. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating calendars.

06. Support HR functions, including maintaining employee records and onboarding processes.

07. Prepare and distribute company memos, reports, and internal communications.

08. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office needs.

09. Address and resolve basic IT or equipment issues or escalate them when necessary.

10. Others

PS: Preference will be given to those with a university degree and work experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
